How to place an order

To place an order:

  1. Complete adding the items to your shopping cart.

  2. You can proceed either via our website checkout or via PayPal.

  3. If you wish to proceed via our website checkout, please click the green "Checkout" button on the right-hand side of the screen.

  4. If you wish to proceed via PayPal, please click the PayPal button.

  5. You will be taken to our customer information page, where you will be asked to provide:

    • Email address

    • Name

    • Address

  6. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right-hand side of the screen. Make sure you click the "Apply" button so your discount is calculated and applied to your order.

  7. Click "Continue to shipping method". Ensure your delivery address is entered correctly (if different from your billing address). Once complete, click "Continue to payment method".

  8. You will need to enter your payment details. You can specify that your shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.

  9. After completing the form, click "Complete order". You will be taken to an order summary page and receive an on-screen confirmation, as well as a confirmation email.

Missing or incorrect items

If any items are missing or you have received incorrect products, please contact us at service@herlixa.com.
Include your transaction number (order number) and a proof photo (file under 1MB).
We will gladly resend the correct item at no additional cost and will not require you to return the incorrect item — you may keep it as a gift from us.


Order confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.


Changing your order

Changes to your order can be made until 11:00 PM (GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us at service@herlixa.com to request changes.


Adding items to your cart

Navigate to the product page of the item you wish to purchase, select your preferred options, and click "Add to cart".
On the cart page, enter the quantity you wish to purchase. You may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.


Viewing your cart

Click the cart icon at the top of the website to view its contents. From here, you can:

  • Update quantities (changes update automatically)

  • Remove items by clicking "Remove" under the quantity field

Payment methods

We accept four major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.


Paying with PayPal

After adding items to your cart, click the PayPal button at checkout. You’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure site to complete payment.


Using a discount code

At checkout, enter your discount code in the "Discount" field and click "Apply". Verify that the discount has been applied in your order summary.


Returns and exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If the return is due to our fault (damaged or incorrect goods), we will cover shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled until 11:00 PM (GMT) on the same day they are placed. After this, cancellations are not accepted. Please email service@herlixa.com to request a cancellation.

Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment data. All transactions are securely processed through a trusted payment gateway with AES-256 encryption.

All personal information is kept private and will never be shared, rented, or sold, unless required by law.
