Shipping Policy

When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days of being placed. Delivery typically takes between 10 and 20 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the courier’s availability and your location. Please note that delays may occur if the parcel requires customs clearance or inspection, or due to courier-related transport delays.

What are your shipping costs?
We charge a flat shipping rate of USD $2.99 to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics network, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary adjustments to your order. For more details on our shipping destinations, please contact us at service@herlixa.com.

How can I change my delivery address?
You may change your delivery address until 23:00 (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed. Please contact us at service@herlixa.com to request such changes.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, you can.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Some goods are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped from our own factories in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
