Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If your order is cancelled at this stage, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will be charged shipping costs only once (including returns), and no restocking fee will be applied.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank—processing times can vary. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@herlixa.com.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. The exact fee will depend on the courier you choose.
If the return is due to our error—such as a damaged or incorrect item—we will cover the return postage costs.
